I'm a San Francisco-based UX and Product Designer with 10+ years of experience creating thoughtful, human-centered experiences across the customer journey.

Before transitioning into product design, I spent over a decade in CX in customer success and strategy roles where I led cross-functional initiatives across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations. That experience taught me how to think holistically about how every part of an organization shapes the customer experience and impacts the business. 

Now, I use that perspective to design intuitive, human-centered experiences that support both users and the teams behind the scenes. I care deeply about creating solutions that are both beautiful and efficient. 

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me diving into the latest psychology trends, planning my next travel adventure, or chasing immersive experiences. I can also be found dancing bachata or baking sweet treats. I’m most famous for my french macrons and dark chocolate mousse.
